(I used mod podge instead of glue and spray painted the letter black first instead of covering the whole letter)

(Same rules apply for the High Chair Tutu, just make sure it's longer and that the ribbon is long enough to wrap around the whole high chair and tie in a pretty bow in the back.  My ribbon was not long enough and I had to fold it back on itself.  I used double sided tape to get it to stick to the high chair, not the best way but it stayed as long as I needed it to)
